What is single journal license ?
Single journal license means that you can use our product on your journals (maximum 1 journal) that published by your institution. In short, every purchase of 1 theme license can only be used for 1 journal. So, for example, if you want to use our theme for 3 journals that you own, then you need to buy 3 different licenses. What is the difference between the Theme Only, Installation, and Complete Package?
As you can see, for each theme we provide 3 package options: Theme Only, Installation, and Complete Package. In Theme Only package, the implementation and setup are done independently by you using documentation tutorials that we provided. Meanwhile, if you choose the Installation Packages or Complete Packages, the installation process will be handled directly by our team.
Can bonuses be converted into money or discounts ?

If you update the product more than two years from the time of use, you will get a 20% discount. But, If the product is used for more than four years, there is no discount. Your support on our team would help us to improve any product that we had released. It also to maintain the compatibility of any new releases of OJS from PKP.
How much if I need to pay on the second year to extend the support ?
Please remember, the theme that you have purchased can be used forever without the need to pay for yearly payment or subscription. What is support mean and How can I get support ?
We would give support which is related to the installation and the implementation of the features of the theme. The support does not include custom customization of the theme. We provide support priority by using email or Whatapps. We may need your server or OJS credential if we need to handle your problem directly.
We only providing support for the theme or its feature that is built by our team (not included the free plugins provided by us). Any third party plugins that is included in the theme such as JATS Parser plugin is outside of our support scope. You can request any bug fix to the original developer. This is included as the bug in the OJS itself or asking support on the use of OJS platform.
