OJT Backup is one of the applications that we created to help make it easier for our clients to backup their websites, currently OJT backup supports S3 and Google Drive storage media.
If the usage period has expired, then OJT backup will not be able to backup again, but the Eprint that is used can still run without problems.
The warranty covers only the functionality of the Eprint.
If there is a configuration change on the server then it is not our responsibility.
We provide free migration if our clients are interested in using Eprint hosting services.
However, we will provide free migration if the total Eprint size used is not more than 10Gb.
