About #
Referring to the policy for using Microsoft accounts as email notification accounts in OJS, please note that the policy does not allow sending emails based on each user’s individual email address. Therefore, by activating this plugin, all email sending will come from the email account that has been configured in the OJS email settings. This means that every notification sent via OJS will use one pre-defined common email address, rather than different user email addresses.
How to Installation #
Direct from Gallery Plugin #
1. Go to the Website -> Plugins -> Plugin Gallery
2. Find and install Fix Microsoft Email Plugin
3. Then activate the plugin in the installed plugin menu
Upload Manual #
1. Please download the plugin according to the OJS version you have at this link
2. Upload and extract the plugin in the yourojsinstallation/plugins/generic directory location
3. After the plugin has been extracted, make sure the plugin name is as shown in the image below
4. Refresh and activate the plugin in the installed plugin menu
